$5000 SIGN-ON BONUS

The Therapist performs psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, integrates treatment, assesses client progress, and maintains client and agency records. This position is also responsible for completing initial face-to-face Biopsychosocial Assessments for children and adults requesting services from the Agency. This position serves as backup to the OBRA area to assist with preadmission screenings, consultation and monitoring for nursing home residents.

A Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling and eligibility for licensure in the State of Michigan are required. Full licensure in Michigan is preferred. Various student loan forgiveness options may be available.
